Early Childhood Program
Quincy Catholic Academy offers a five day/full day Early Childhood Program for three and four year olds. Each program is held in a large, bright, cheerful, nurturing classroom that challenges children with age-appropriate activities.
Each and every day is a new adventure! Your child will be encouraged in a safe environment with the freedom to experiment, explore, and question. Teachers help children become responsible for him/herself and develop respect for others.
Our experienced Early Childhood teachers provide a structured environment for their students to learn through play and cooperative learning. They create experiences that allow children to master the necessary readiness skills to be successful in their future school years.
Students must be three years old by August 31 to enter the Preschool Program.
Students must be four years old by August 31 to enter the Kindergarten 1 Program.
Quincy Catholic Academy uses two specific programs to build literacy and mathematical skill foundations. The OWL (Opening the World of Learning) and Building Blocks (Mathematics) offer the systemic building of important skills.
