Important Reminders Regarding Tuition

If a payment problem exists, it is crucial that the parent or guardian contact the Business Office to notify the Academy of the issue(s) and to make arrangements for payment.

Tuition does not cover the cost of educating every child at Quincy Catholic Academy. The difference of this up front discount will be financed mainly through fundraising.

Fundraising

All Quincy Catholic Academy families are required to participate in fundraising efforts and raise a minimum amount of $700 through our various fundraisers. Fundraising provides crucial revenue to finance the gap between what it costs for us to educate one student and what you pay in tuition. Parents also have the option to pay the $700 without participating in any fundraising activity.

Financial Aid

Apply For Financial Aid

Financial Aid Information

Financial aid, based on demonstrated financial need, is offered to qualified students.

Decisions regarding financial aid are made separately from the admission process. Financial aid is available to students entering kindergarten (K-2) through grade 8, and any interested family may apply.

The Financial Aid Process

Financial aid at Quincy Catholic Academy is determined by a family’s ability to meet education expenses. It is important to note that the financial aid determination is based on demonstrated financial need.

Families applying for financial aid are required to complete an application through FACTS Grant and Aid.

To be eligible for consideration for financial aid, you must complete your application for aid and submit all necessary documentation by the following deadlines:

Deadline for returning students: March 15, 2025

New applicants: applications received after the deadline will be processed on a rolling basis until all funds are depleted.

Please note that it is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure all required documents are submitted.

We use FACTS Grant and Aid to process financial aid applications. Based on the financial information you provide in your application, FACTS gives us an estimated amount your family can contribute to educational expenses. This estimate is a starting point to help us make fair and objective financial aid decisions. To begin your financial aid application, please follow these steps below. (You only have to complete one application, even if you have several children applying.)

Eligibility Requirements

There is no aid available for the Early Childhood Program, Preschool and K1 (age 3 and 4), due to the high cost of the program.
